Whenever we do an event, whether it’s a wedding, a corporate party or a house party, it always start with COLOR! Once a color palette is chosen, we can decide on the flowers we want to use (and linens, and drapes and other decorative items).
Often times a client will come in with colors in mind already. And we may add some complimentary colors to make the main colors pop, or add some other shades of the colors to accent the palette. However, there are other times when a client comes in and has no idea what colors they want…they just know they want something seasonally appropriate. That’s where we come in. We will show you colors that are generally considered “Spring” or “Fall”, etc.
So now, we are in the season of Spring. Traditionally, Spring is a great time for pale pastels, lots of green and even some times some jewel tones. The pictures in this post will show you some palettes that have been popular for Spring weddings in the past.
But remember, there is no wrong or right when it comes to colors. Go with what you love and what will make you feel special on that day. If you only know two colors, we can help fill in the blanks. The most important thing on your wedding day is that your wedding represents you!
